CleanOpsStaff users have indicated a need for assistance that is out side of the scope of thier Tech Support Agreement, but not as extensive as the 4-6 hour Training/Implementation Support service. To satisfy this need, Hunter Consulting and Training is pleased to announce the CleanOpsStaffAssist sessions that can be purchased in 1/2-hour sessions or 1-hour session.
Example of some of the areas of assistance are:
Get answers to any questions about the use of CleanOpsStaff
Training in the basic use of the software
Short sessions for detail training of particular topics
Assistance in using CleanOpsStaff for LEED-EBOM submission
Assistance in dealing with data importation
Provide advice on using the application to improve operations
Follow the below steps:
Use the Buy now button to purchase the session or sessions.
Then send an email to ernesthunter@gmail.com listing the questions and/or topics you need help with and several optional dates/time for the session. On the day of the session, you will connect via a GoToMeeting session and your questions and topics will be addressed.
NOTE: Credit Card is the perferred method of purchase, however, you can email a Purchase Order to ernesthunter@gmail.com or Fax a Purchase Order to 928-663-0345 if your organization does not use credit cards online.
