Improvements to Basic Program

·        Q1: I already own the Old CleanOpsStaff, what will it cost to migrate to CleanOpsStaff-3e?

o   A1a: The price of the package is $360.00 for members and $455.00 for non-members, however, for a limited time period, as a current user you will be entitled to a 50% discount if you purchase CleanOpsStaff-3e during this period (50% discount on one CleanOpsStaff-3e product for every Old CleanOpsStaff product you own)

o   A1b: If you purchased your Old CleanOpsStaff after July 1, 2011, for a limited time period you will be able to trade your Old CleanOpsStaff product code for a CleanOpsStaff-3ed product code for free (one free CleanOpsStaff-3e product for every Old CleanOpsStaff product you own). To take advantage of this offer, your Old CleanOpsStaff product code will be retired in the CleanOpsStaff activation server and will no longer function.

·        Q2: What do I need to have to get the 50% discount or the free product code?

o   A2: your Old CleanOpsStaff product code will serve as your proof of entitlement to the 50% discount or free product code for as many Old CleanOpsStaff product codes as you currently own

·        Q3: If I use the 50% discount will I still be able to continue to use my Old CleanOpsStaff?

o   A3a: Yes, you can.  However, while CleanOpsStaff-3e can read the Old CleanOpsStaff files CleanOpsStaff-3e files are not backward compatibility, which means that the Old CleanOpsStaff cannot read CleanOpsStaff-3e file

o   A3b: The Old CleanOpsStaff will not have the revised APPA standard space matrices based on revised based times for the cleaning tasks.

·        Q5: How will I know when the Operational Guidelines/CleanOpsStaff-3ed package will be available in the APPA bookstore

o   A5a: Hunter Consulting and Training will send another email when the package becomes available in the bookstore
