CleanOpsStaff Program Deactivation

Deactivating your program on this machine will allow you to activate your program on a different machine and be in compliance with your single user license. Follow the below instructions:

Note: If you have not already started the CleanOpsStaff Program Manager, you must first run the CleanOpsStaff Program Manager and be viewing this webpage in the CleanOpsStaff Program Manager web brower window. Program Deactivation is done from within the CleanOpsStaff Program Manager Program Deactivation form not from your web browser.

1. If the Program Deactivation form is not already visible click the Program Deactivation Form button in the cleanOpsStaff Program Manager at the bottpm of the left panel.
2. Enter the required information.
3. Your program will be deactivated and an email notification will be sent to Hunter Consulting and Training. You will receive an email from Hunter Consulting and Training acknowledging your program deactivation.
