CleanOpsStaff‐FlexScheduler is an upgrade that gives you extra flexibility in work loading and scheduling. FlexScheduler is automatically activated free when both ProScheduler and ProLocal upgrades are activated. Both ProScheduler and CleanOpsStaff must to be activated for the FlexScheduler to work. The FlexScheduler allows you to do the following (see FlexScheduler Help Document for more details): Mark spaces in your inventory with a Teaming Cleaning Quadrant or Day of the Week to force weekly activities to be scheduled on a specific day of the week. This is especially useful for team cleaning, but also helpful for non‐team cleaning such as forcing certain spaces to be cleaned on weekends or on a specific day of the week.
Mark spaces in your inventory with a Route Sequence Number to denote the order in which they are to be cleaned. This is especially useful for team cleaning, but also helpful for non‐team cleaning since it allows you to group spaces in the order you want them clean. This feature allows you to define the route the custodian will travel when completing their shift.
