10/13/1009: Enhancement and Critical Issue Resolution

  • Added button for access to the justDoNext Data Import Wizard
  • Added the Get Latest Release button which allows you to download and install the latest release of CleanOpsStaff from within the CleanOpsStaff Program Manager
  • Runs much faster than previous release.  Eliminated the need for the Fast Open button
  • Resolved the issue of data lost when Inserting/deleting row while filtered
  • Now upgradable to 50,000 records

9/6/2008: Enhancement-- Added 'Fast Open' button to Main Menu screen to load inventory data file much faster.  Resolved minor issue with navigation buttons on Report Generator SubMenu and the mini-navigator.  Do not un-install CleanOpsStaff. Do not delete existing CleanOpsStaff Folders/Files. Download latest version of CleanOpsStaff and extract files as usual overwriting the existing files (Click 'Always' if prompted).  No need to run Setup.  No need to Re-Activate CleanOpsStaff

 

9/2/2008: Enhancement-- Add button to Control Program to Activate CleanOpsStaff-Pro upgrades.  Added two checkboxes to the Open Data File button in the Functions Toolbox to activate "Fast Open" to load inventory data file much faster.  Added button to program manager to request TechCallBack Tech Support.  Added Insert/Delete Row(s) toolbox to record navigator, QEntry, and the Right-Click short cut menu to more quickly insert blank rows and delete rows.  Use Control Panel to Un-install CleanOpsStaff. Do not delete existing CleanOpsStaff Folders/Files. Download latest version of CleanOpsStaff and extract files as usual overwriting the existing files (Click 'Always' if prompted).  Run Setup. Re-Activate CleanOpsStaff using your Product Code and Activation Key.

8/27/2008: Issue Resolution-- For Excel 2003 users the Run In Full Mode feature only activate 103 records instead of 5000 records. This issue was resolved by the 8/27/2008 release.  Do not un-install CleanOpsStaff. Do not delete existing CleanOpsStaff Folders/Files. Download latest version of CleanOpsStaff and extract files as usual overwriting the existing files (Click 'Always' if prompted).  No need to run Setup.

 

 

8/24/2008: Enhancement -- this enhancement improves the ability to select subsets of report output after the report is generated. Download latest version and extract files. Donot delete existing CleanOpsStaff Folders/Files. 

 

8/23/2008: Issue Resolution-- If you downloaded CleanOpsStaff  before 8/23/2008 the progress bar stays open after opening a file that does not pass the intergity test. This issue was resolved on 8/23/2008. Download latest version and reinstall. Donot delete existing CleanOpsStaff Folders/Files. 

 

8/16/2008: Enhancement-- CleanOpsStaff enhanced to speed up large file open/data intergity check.  Enhancement released 8/16/2008. Download latest version and reinstall. Donot delete existing CleanOpsStaff Folders/Files. 

 

8/15/2008: Issue Resolution-- CleanOpsStaff had issue when handling inventory files with more thn 2000 records.  Issue resolved 8/15/2008. Download latest version and reinstall. Donot delete existing CleanOpsStaff Folders/Files. 

 

8/12/2008: Issue Resolution-- CleanOpsStaff with Excel 2007 had issue copying to clipboard while in Excel Export mode.  Issue resolved 8/12/2008. Download latest version and reinstall. Donot delete existing CleanOpsStaff Folders/Files. 

 

8/11/2008:  Issue Resolution-- Windows XP/Excel 2003 downloaded before 8/11/2008 had issue with "Saving and Printing."  Issue has been resolved.  Download latest version and reinstall. Donot delete existing CleanOpsStaff Folders/Files. 

 

7/31/2008:  Issue Resolution-- Now works with Windows XP/Excel 2007 as of 7/31/2008!! Download latest version and reinstall if you have Windows XP/Excel 2007.  See FAQ.

 

Use the Windows Control Panel to uninstall CleanOpsStaff before downloading and reinstalling.  There is no need to delete existing CleanOpsStaff folders or files unless instructed to do so. See FAQ.
