Hunter Consulting and Training provide the following Services, Products and Support for a modest fee.

Service Product HCT-3: CleanOpsStaff Data Conversion and Importing Services for one Data file up to 5,000 spaces on one campus. |
If you have your Custodial Services Inventory Data in an electronic file such as Excel (preferred format), Access, or structured text file, you can email it to Hunter Consulting and Training and we will convert it and import it into a CleanOpsStaff Inventory Data File and email it back to you. |
Your data file should include the following fields (1) Building Name/Number, (2) Floor Name/Number, (3) Room or Space Name/Number, (4) Cleanable Square feet, (5) The APPA Room Category or best room description available, (6) one additional optional field such as Zone, Supervisor, Crew or other identifying element can be included. |
If you do not have the APPA Space Category assigned yet, we can send you a template to help you make the category assignments for the different space types you have in your inventory. |

You can expect a 3-5 day turnaround time on receiving your CleanOpsStaff Inventory file. Make sure you include your CleanOpsStaff Product Code in the below input box before clicking the "Buy Now" button. |

Service Product HCT-4: CleanOpsStaff Data Conversion and Importing Services for one Data file up to 7,500 spaces on one campus. ($475) |
Same as Service Product HCT-3 above except your raw data file can contain up to 7,500 records. |
Hunter Consulting and Training will split the data into two CleanOpsStaff Inventory Data files according to your instructions unless you intend to upgrade to CleanOpsStaff - Pro which can exceed the 5,000 record capacity of CleanOpsStaff - Full. |
