Why Activate CleanOpsStaff
Activating CleanOpsStaff gives you access all the rich features of the program. Activation also provides you a single-user license to use CleanOpsStaff to assist you in managing your Custodial Servies operations. While the Demo mode of CleanOpsStaff includes all the features, it is intended for demostration and evaluation purposes only to assist you in deciding to purchasing the product. The follow section describes the features of an activated version of CleanOpsStaff and the limitations of the Demo mode.
Demo Mode
CleanOpsStaff in Demo mode will allow you to use all the features, however it will only handle 100 records or spaces an some of the features are restricted. Additionally, since the Demo mode is intended for demostration and evaluation purposes only, there is no cost to run it for these purposes. You are not authorized to use the Demo mode for any other purppose except demonstration and evaluation.
Full Feature Mode
By activating CleanOpsStaff you will gain access to all of the features without the limitation imposed by the Demo mode. You will be able to handle 5000 records or spaces. Your activation key along with your Product Code and Name you used when you activate the program will also give you access to 60 days of email support. If you find that you have a need to handle more that 5,000 records, your activation key will give you access to discounts to upgrade to CleanOpsStaff-Pro which can be customized to meet the specific record capacity you need for your local requirements. Pro Mode
The Pro mode is for users who have a need for more than 5,000 records capacity or who want to use one of the CleanOpsStaff-Pro upgrades Add-in such as the justDoNext Import Wizard. You can purchase addtional record capacity in 2,500 record batches by clicking Purchase Pro Ugrades. You may purchase the justDoNext Import Wizard by clicking Purchase Import Wizard. You may purchase other upgrade by clicking the "Buy" links in the left panel of the web site.
